Surfer’s Point at Seaside Park is a small surfing and windsurfing beach with picnic tables, showers, and facilities in Figueroa Street, Ventura, California. This sandy beach is linked to the Ventura Pier by a manicured walkway and the Omer Rains Bike Trail. Next to the beach, Promenade Park recalls a historic Chumash town. There are restrooms, showers, a big lawn, picnic tables, and barbecues at the beach and park.

This renowned region near Promenade Park Beach received its moniker due to its stellar reputation among surfers. The point faces south, allowing continuous west waves to roll in, where surfers paddle out from various locations and ride waves toward the Ventura City Pier.
Additionally, there are kiteboarders, windsurfers, skaters, cyclists, walkers, hikers, fishermen, birdwatchers, and picnickers. This location is not short in amenities. This beach is a must-see with its restrooms, showers, paved bike lanes, and, of course, the cool lagoon at the entrance of the Ventura River.
Surfer’s Point at Seaside Park is a dog lover's (and surfer's) paradise. Your leashed dog is welcome to join you at this amazing location. Officials' only request is you keep your dog on a leash and be respectful to authority. You must also clean up after your dog, so make sure you have lots of doggie waste bags with you. Aside from that, keep an eye on the waves and tides and enjoy a beautiful day at the beach with your canine companion.
